Zubereitung: Die Eier rühre mit dem Zucker und Vanillinzucker schaumig, mische das Backpulver mit dem Mehl und füge dieses nach und nach hinzu. Wenn alles recht innig miteinander verbunden ist, setze man mit einem Löffel Häufchen auf ein Blech, welches mit Wachs einge­rieben ist, oder auf Oblaten und backe Lei gelinder Hitze.
