GOD THE FATHER:
3 Father- like, He tends and spares us; Well our feeble frame He knows; In His hand He gently bears us, Rescues us from all our foes: Hallelujah, hallelujah!
Widely yet His mercy flows.
4 Angels, in the height adore Him; Ye behold Him face to face; Saints triumphant, bow before Him Gathered in from every race; Hallelujah, hallelujah!
Praise with us the God of grace.

Thou hast searched me, and known me.- Psa. 139, 1.
1 LORD, Thou hast searched and seen me through,
Thine eye commands, with piercing view, My rising and my resting hours,
My heart and flesh, with all their powers.
2 My thoughts, before they are my own, Are to my God distinctly known; He knows the words I mean to speak Ere from my opening lips they break.
3 Within Thy circling power I stand, On every side I find Thy hand; Awake, asleep, at home, abroad, I am surrounded still with God.
4 Oh, may these thoughts possess my breast Where'er I rove, where'er I rest; Nor let my weaker passions dare Consent to sin, for God is there.

Though the Lord be high, yet hath He respect unto the lowly.- Psa. 138. 6.
10 THOU who art enthroned on light, Of heaven and earth the King! We know Thy love will not despise The praises children bring.
20 King of kings, we worship Thee! Our foes do Thou subdue;
Oh, to Thy sceptre may we bow, And to Thy love be true!
3 Though glory to the angelic band Thy presence doth impart,
Yet thou canst build Thy kingly throne Within an infant's heart.
ATTRIBUTES.
4 Then shine on us, and let us see The beauty of Thy face; Oh, may we all, where'er we go, Reflect Thy kingly grace!

Let us sing unto the Lord.- Psa. 95. 1.
COME, sound His praise abroad, And hymns of glory sing; Jehovah is the sovereign Lord, The universal King.
He formed the deeps unknown, He gave the seas their bound; The watery worlds are all His own, And all the solid ground.
Come, worship at His throne; Come, bow before the Lord; We are His work and not our own; He formed us by His word.
To- day attend His voice, Nor dare provoke His rod; Come, like the children of His choice, And own your gracious God. WATTS.

Giving thanks always for all things unto God.Eph. 5. 20.
1 ОH, give thanks to Him who made Morning light and evening shade, Source and Giver of all good, Nightly sleep and daily food; Quickener of our wearied powers, Guard of our unconscious hours.
2 Oh, give thanks to Nature's King, Who made every breathing thing: His, our warm and sentient frame, His, the mind's immortal flame; Oh, how close the ties that bind Spirits to the Eternal Mind.
3 Oh, give thanks with heart and lip, For we are His workmanship; And all creatures are His care; Not a bird that cleaves the air Falls unnoticed: but who can Speak the Father's love to man.
