The day of the show of cattle will take place between Brighton and Lewes races, of which no- tice will be given in the Lewes Journal; and the candidates for the several prizes for stock must give notice, in writing, of their intention of be- coming so, to Mr. Whitfeld, of Lewes, the tréasurer, on or before the 21st day of July

next.

22, That fifteen guineas be given to five la- bourers, who shall have brought up to the age of two years, the greatest number of children, in habits of industry, with the least proportionate relief from the parish: viz.

To the most deserving, Five Guineas.

2d, Four Guineas. 3d, Three Guineas. 4th, Two Guineas, sth, One Guinea.

Certificates to be signed by two or more of the principal inhabitans of the parish or parishes where the claimant has resided, during the bringing up of his family; and if any claimants are posstsed of property, such property, with the manner in which they obtained it, shall be

stated in the certificate.
