The following premiums are ordered to be offered for ſtock-breed within he ſaid diviſion, and to be fhewn at the White Lion Inn, in Wragby, in the county of Lincoln, on Wedneſday the 28th day or Augast next, at eleven o'clock in the forenoon.
Fot the beſt hearling ram, five gvineas. Second beſit ditto, two guincas. Belt two-ſhear ram, five guincas-. Second beſt ditto, two guineas. Beſt aged ram, five gvineas. Beſt ſix gimwers, five guineas. Beſt bull, not exceeding two years old when hewn, five guineas. Second beft ditto, two guineas. Belt aged bull, five guineas- Second belt ditto, two guincas«. Belt milch cow, five guineas«. DES Second belt ditto, two guincas. Bſt heifer, not exceeding two years and a quarter old when Ihewns five guineas. Second beit ditto, two guineas. Beſt boar, one guinea. Beſt gilt, not exceeding nine months old when fhewn, one guinea.
N. B. The owner ofthe aged bull, not to receive the premium two years together for the lame beaſt, unleſs the judges ſhall determine the contrary.
"ALSO ORDERED. That a premium ot ten guineas be given for the beft bull(not bred within the laid diviſion, but to be the property of a ſubſcriber) from any part of England, to be allowed by the judges, to be ſuperior to any bull hewn for the premiums, and with a reſtri&tion that he hall remain and be gled twelve months, within the(aid diviſion 3; but if hewn two years to- gether, it hall be lett to the judges, to allow the premium or not, as ſcttled relpe&ting the aged bull.
No ſtock to be entitled to the premiums without full proof 6f its being bred in the faid diviſion, except as to the premium of ten guincas for ti bull.
No perſon to be entitled to a premium without first becoming a ſubſcriber.
1f only one ſort of Stock be hewn(where more is required) the judges Mall give ſuch premiums as they think proper, not exceeding thole allowed by the committee.
The Stock not confined to be kept on vegetable food only.
A declaration will be required at tbe time of ſhewing in what manner tie ſame have been kept- And all nerſons intending to become candidates, are deſired to give ſeven days notige to the Secretary. The male ſtock to be Mhewn, are intend to be let or ſold, for the uſe ot the county, at ſuch prices only as may be agreed upon by the owners and persons wiſhing to become ſubſcribers.
