Although we had no grear ſupp!y of wheat up, rhe quantity op hand left us ſufh« cient for the demands of the day. The ſales of fine lamples Were; as uſual, briſfk, and affetted upon as good terms as Jaſt week, while the ordinary are conſtantly de= clining in value.=-Barley hardly keeps its price at 378. per quarter. Malt is hke- wiſe heavy, and bare)y continues at its former currency. White Peas and Beans.of both ſorts, being rather 2 ſhort ſupply, go oft readily, and are rather dearer. Oatss particularly thoſe of the potatoe kind, Jelt-at hößher pricesthan we quote-=othere fully maintain laſt currency. SEREN

derable, and leſs than any which haye occurred of late, hence ſamp'es of:very old- were rather dearer, and teiched ſomething more than the higheſt price ſtated below. From the unfavourableneſs of the weather, the Flour-fadors were a little more peremptory in their demands for that article. Barley is likewiſe dear/r, the ſupply being alſo ſhort. Oats, of which we have a ſcanty ſupply» obtain conſiderably more than lait weck. In the other articles of Rye, Malt, Bean3, and Peas, the trade was dull, but experiented noy material alterarion in value.--General Currency as
