The following premiums are theietore offered to tenants at rack-rent, hold- ing eltates at will, ör for any term not exceeding 21 years, the eltates con- täining not lcſs-than 40 ſtante acres.

1. Tothe tenant who hall have his farm in the beſt general ſtate of culti-" vatiun,; and in the 1eateſt and beit order, as:to fenges, drains, fern yard line!s from weeds,&c.--A ſilver cup. value ſeven guineas-'

3. To the tenant who ſhall jay down the greatelt.quantity.of land, not leſs than twelve ſtztute acres, for paſture, in the belt manner and cleanelt Nba wceds, aud fſowed with white clover or graſs lecds--A ſilver cup, value five gwineas.

4. Vo the tenant who(ſhall raiſe on his farm the greateſt quantity of good wanure, and[hall therewith cover the greatelt number of acres, in proportivn to his farm--A ſilver cvp, value five guincas.

5. Do the'tenant who ſhall, in the moſt eF&ual and judicious manner. Jay a quantity of peat carth, with a ſufficient mixture of lime, potaſh,(dab ei?s-waſte, dung, dung-water,&c. on not lels than ten ſtatute acres of land» =--A filver cup, value five guineas.

6. Po the tenant who Ihall improve the greateſt quantity of land, not uſu- ally overflowed in tiine 0! Road, by throwing water over it in the molt equal and eifef&tval manper, the quantity ot land improved not being leſs than ten Natute acres=>A lilver cup, value ſeven guincas.

7- To the tenant who ſhall molt effeeually improve, the greateſt quantity of land, not being leſs than five ſtatute acres, by plowing in --A filver cup, value(even»guineas.
