N. B. Alltheguantitics are to be meaſured according to the ſtatute mea- ſóre; and’ are/not’to include hedges, pits,&c. but are to be land aŒually improved, ortbearing crop.

And whenever the claims of owners or-tenants appear to baveequal merit, theiclaims of tenants will have the preference.
