The soix towards Bodmin is of a mean quality; nevertheleſs, the Downs and Moors are thickly ſtocked with Cattle and Sheep; eſpecially with the former: ſaw, on one of the higher knolls, ſome hundreds in a herd!

About Launceſton, are ſome wellſoiled, but very ſteep hills. At Milton Aöbols! is a plot of the fineſt graſsland in the King- dom! Grazing ground of a very ſuperior quality. The Midland Counties cannot ſhew better. Alſo about Lamerton and Taviſtock, is ſome good grazing land.
