on the preſent ſtate of the country, and the means of its improvement, may be ſyſtematically arranged, accord- ing to the various ſubje&s conned@ed with agriculture. Thus, every individual in the kingdom may have,

1, An account of the huſbandry of his own particular

county z; Ofr,

2. À general view ofthe agricultural ſtate of the king= dom at large, according to the counties, or diſ=

triés, into which it is divided; or,

3. An arranged ſyſtem of information on agricultural ſubje4s, whether accumulated by the Board

ſince its eſtabliſhment, or previouſly known;z

And thus information reſpeQing the State of the king=- dom, and Agricultural Knowledge in general, will be

attainable with every poſible advantage,

In reprinting theſe Reports, it was judged neceſſary that they ſhould be drawn up according to one uniform model; and after fully confidering the ſubje&, the fol- lowing form was pitched upon, as one that would include in it all the particulars which it was neceffary to notice in an Agricultural Survey., Às the other Reports will be reprinted in the ſame manner, the reader will thus be enabled to find out at once where any point is treated
