The Anointing.

T The King having thus taken his Oath, shall return again to his chair; and both he and the Queen kneeling at their faldstools, the Archbishop shall begin the hymn, Veni Creator Spiritus, and the choir shall sing it out.

COME, Holy Ghost, our souls

And lighten with celestial
