To Him that stretched out the earth above the waters;

For His mercy endureth for ever.

L.M.

I will praise Thy name for Thy lovingkindness. Psa. 138. 2.

1 GIVE to our God immortal praise, Mercy and truth are all His ways: Wonders of grace to God belong, Repeat His mercies in your song.

2 Give to the Lord of lords renown; The King of kings with glory crown; His mercies ever shall endure,

When lords and kings are known no more.

3 He built the earth, He spread the sky, And fixed the starry lights on high: Wonders of grace to God belong, Repeat His mercies in your song.

4 He fills the sun with morning light, He bids the moon direct the night: Hi: mercies ever shall endure, When sun and moon shall shine no more.

5 He sent His Son with power to save From guilt and darkness and the grave; Wonders of grace to God belong, Repeat His mercies in your song.

6 Through this vain world He guides our feet,

And leads us to His heavenly seat; His mercies ever shall endure,

When this vain world shall be no more.

WATTS.

Not unto us, but unto Thy name give glory.Psa. 115. 1.

4 To Him that made great lights;

For His mercy endureth for ever. The sun to rule by day, the moon and 1 I THANK the goodness and the grace

Which on my birth have smiled,

22

And made me, in these Christian days, A happy English child.

2 I was not born, as thousands are, Where God was never known; And taught to pray a useless prayer To blocks of wood and stone.
