Das oſſene Land thut, nach einem Durchſchnitte, 11 Schilling 6 Pence der Acre Pacht; das verkoppelte 20 Schilling, alſo 8 Schilling 6 Pence mehr. Es ſind noch 150,000 Acres offenes Feldland; alſo jaͤhrlich 60,0 00 Pfund am Pachtertrage verlohren. Die Koſtbarkeit der Parlaments⸗ Acten macht das einzige Hinderniß aus.

Warwickk.

Offenes Feld thut 10 Schilling; daſſelbe verkoppelt 18 Schilling Pacht. Manches iſt in Gras gelegt, und thut 15— 35 Schilling. Wenn man auch die Zinſen der Verkoppelungskoſten abrechnet, ſo hat man doch ein Drittel an Einkuͤnften mehr. 30,000 Acres ſind noch offenes Feld.
